Damian has worked for 9 years managing projects in The San Francisco Bay Area ranging from $25,000 to over $500,000 in value. He grew up in the flooring business learning the trade from his father, who has over 30 year's floor installation experience. Damian continues his hands-on involvement in the Company and commitment to customer service and has been known to even complete an installation himself if needed.

Daren began a detail and prep company in 1988 serving such customers as Shea Homes, Standard Pacific Home Builders, and Kaufman and Broad. It was in 1990 that he started doing commercial work with national general contractors, retail establishments, and restaurants from California to New York. Daren is one of the first contractors in the U.S. to perform concrete acid staining and concrete overlays (Ardex, Scoffield, & Dap products). As Executive Vice President, Daren is responsible for bidding and project negotiations. He is widely recognized for maintaining strong relationships with national suppliers and makes himself available to help Value engineer any project when needed.
